Its work is organised into six divisions: business advice, tax planning, superannuation, audit, wealth creation and finance. Financial planning is provided through Collins Co Wealth Management via First Financial (AFSL 481098), and lending through Collins Finance Services; both are named separately on the practice's own site rather than folded into the accounting.

Four partners lead the practice. Paul Kelly is the Managing Partner, working in tax advice, business advisory, superannuation and structuring, and consulting with family-owned businesses. Fabio Cammarano heads the Forensic Accounting division and is the firm's specialist tax advisor and its expert on business valuations. Alysia West is a qualified CPA working with clients who operate small to medium sized businesses. Frank Legudi is a CPA and licensed Public Practising Accountant advising in business services across many industries.
