Goodridge Advisory started in 2013, when Brian spent too much time telling his wife Laura how an accounting practice should be run. Laura called his bluff — start the business or stop talking about it — and the practice was formed.
It began in a small office in the Zehn building at Bella Vista, and liked the building enough to stay: two moves later it is still there. Nikki came on board in 2014 and has been with the practice ever since. In the years since, it has taken on two additional accounting practices and grown to a team of nine.
It describes itself as a family friendly team of accountants in the Norwest business park at Bella Vista who talk your language, and its work runs across business advisory, accounting and taxation, bookkeeping, structure advice, self-managed super funds and the technology that carries all of it.

Business advisory
The practice describes this as bridging the divide between strategy and performance: identifying the key performance indicators for a business, then designing a budget around the owner's own aims and objectives and assessing performance against it each month.
