By accessing or using AusTax AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

AusTax AI provides an AI-assisted Australian tax return preparation platform. The Service: • Assists users in organising tax-related documents and receipts • Uses AI to identify potential tax deductions • Connects users with registered Tax Agents for professional review and ATO lodgement • Is not a substitute for professional tax advice

You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Not upload fraudulent, misleading, or falsified documents • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access • Use the Service only for lawful purposes • Comply with all applicable Australian tax laws and ATO requirements

• Free Plan: limited features, no payment required • Essential and Investor Plans: billed monthly or annually via Stripe • 7-day free trial available on paid plans; no credit card required to start • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • Refunds are at our discretion; contact info@austax.ai within 14 days of charge

AusTax AI is a technology platform, not a tax advisory firm. The AI analysis provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional tax advice. All tax returns are reviewed by a registered Tax Agent before lodgement. The Tax Agent is responsible for the professional advice and ATO submission.

All content, software, and technology on AusTax AI is owned by AusTax AI Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of your uploaded documents and personal data.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AusTax AI Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
